Who we are
We’re Lucy Whittington and Andy Wilkes and a good collection of other people we know who are brilliant at what they do (we can’t do it all!).
I (Lucy) manage the Marketing services we provide, and Andy is in charge of website and online Design.
I take a broad view of what marketing is, and this will stretch from strategy and planning, to promotion and sales. I'm an advocate of direct response marketing (both online and offline), and believe that everything you do should be focused on results — no fluff here!
I have a great love for online marketing which works well having a website designer to hand!
When it comes to website and online design, Andy will take the time and care to ensure that what he creates works, not just on the eye, but also for its business purpose. This doesn't sound like much, but a lot of designers don't get this — done right, your web presence should be your best salesperson. Of course having a marketer on hand ensures this happens too!

Qualifications & Experience:
Andy has a BA in Graphic Design & is also a qualified Computer Programmer — so has both a code & creative mix. He’s been designing & building business websites for over 5 years.
Lucy has MCIM (Member of the Chartered Institute Marketing) status and an MBA. Her marketing management experience of more than a decade spans small start-ups to International Plcs, and most types of business in between.
