The Job

Nikki Pilkington — Internet marketing and social media expert — has a very popular and successful business blog. Her blog was originally built on an older version of WordPress, and hosted under the web address of www.299steps.com (the name based on her widely read '299 steps to website heaven' report).

Nikki wanted to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress, and at the same time incorporate it into her main buisness website NikkiPilkington.com. Nikki wanted to maintain the design of her website, so she was looking for a WordPress theme that looked EXACTLY like design of her website so that visitors would have a seamless experience, but she could benefit from the most up-to-date WordPress platform.

Andy took the existing design of NikkiPilkington.com and built a custom WordPress theme to match the design of the website. We were then able to upgrade all of Nikki's previous posts to the new WordPress blog and add this as a new website page directly into NikkiPilkington.com

Nikki now has the latest version of WordPress powering her blog, which sits 'in' her website and looks like any other page to her visitors.
